The volume of data is growing. Perhaps faster than we can grasp. Semi-structure data is increasing. It is messy. It is data that doesn't fit into a one-size-fits-all environment. Increased semi-structure and increased data volume are items we must contend with. The more data we collect, the more likely it is going to be semi-structured.
One way to help in organizing data is through a graph database. Graphs are a new way of thinking for explicitly modeling the factors
that make today’s big data so complex: Semi-structure and connectedness.

Superheroes In Business Suits: Why The World Needs Social Intrapreneurs
When inside businesses are driving change from within the corporate structure, the change can be enormous. So we have to find ways to empower more people to identify as intrapreneurs.
We live in an era of superhuman challenges. Climate change, extreme poverty, and global hunger are a few of the many problems that have no easy fix, and yet they must be solved. In this world, we need full-time superheroes, not just mythical men and women who moonlight in tights and capes.
We need social intrapreneurs--people who works within companies to align economic and social goals. They are both Clark Kent and Superman at once, swooping in wearing shirt and tie or blouse. They can work in finance or supply chain, operations or marketing, or as the head of a business unit.
